Ujjawal Kumar Dubey

Dr. Ujjawal Kumar Dubey, M.O.T. (Paediatrics), is the Founder of Bridging Barrier Child Development Centre, Greater Noida West. With over 22 years of extensive clinical experience in pediatric rehabilitation, he specializes in Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) and Sensory Integration (SI).He has actively contributed to the professional community by presenting research papers and delivering lectures at various national conferences, seminars, webinars, and workshops. In recognition of his dedication and excellence in the field of Occupational Therapy, he was awarded Best Occupational Therapist in Noida & Greater Noida (2019).

Dr. Dubey is also professionally associated with Rainbow Child Development Centre, Gurgaon and Ability Child Development Centre, Faridabad, further expanding his clinical expertise and collaborative practice.

Mona Dubey is the Co-Director of Bridging Barrier Child Development Centre, Greater Noida West, with more than 10 years of experience in child development and special education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English, along with professional qualifications in DHLS and D.Ed. in Special Education. She has also worked with Kothari International School, Noida, gaining valuable experience in an inclusive educational environment and working closely with children, educators, and families.

Mona was honoured with the prestigious Nav Shakti Award in 2023 at the 16th Annual Women Excellence Awards, recognising her dedication and contribution to the field. At Bridging Barrier CDC, she plays a key role in leadership, centre development, and family support, with a strong commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for every child.
